GRAFAS & SIA IKE ”does not deliver to mailboxes. • Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the consignee. • The estimated delivery time is indicative and counts from the day of shipment. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days. The “N. GRAFAS & SIA IKE ”is ​​not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond its control. • When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the bill of lading number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the partner courier’s site. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. In case someone is not available for delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact phone number where you will need to call to arrange your delivery again. Delivery shipments are returned to us after one week. In this case, the reshipment is charged with shipping costs. • In case the packaging of the order has been obviously damaged due to poor transport service, please do not accept the shipment. Otherwise you are deemed to accept the packaging and contents as is. In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform the Gallery within the next 8 hours by email to tkplaceartgallery@gmail.com. For the smooth completion of the process it is mandatory sending a relevant photo of the product and the packaging, so that our company can take responsibility. Otherwise, the return will not be possible. Return costs are borne by the company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging. The return package must include the proof of purchase. During the return process, you can either credit your account for a new or future purchase or refund you.

 

Cancellation or change of order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you can send an email to tkplaceartgallery@gmail.com. This option is available until you are notified of the sending of your order by e-mail. After this point there is no possibility for cancellations or changes in your order.
